		<description><![CDATA[had a thought about the &quot;too sore for yoga&quot; thing...if it is due to stiffness, then the yoga will hurt a lot at first but will get less painful over time, since that will put in the flexibility.

in my case, i&#039;m really flexible, so for me the soreness is due to using muscles in unfamiliar (i.e. at all!) ways...and that has been fading too as i become acclimated to it.  the bad news of course is that i fear once it stops hurting at all, that means my body isn&#039;t really exerting very hard, and it will be progressively harder (i.e. take longer) for me to reach my aerobic/strength &quot;stretch&quot; zone...]]></description>
