I have been stumbling around somewhat naked for a long time now. Lately I have been trying to shut up and run better, but with a bit of Spandex, metaphorically speaking. So, I’m looking forward to following your blog, and hopefully hitting some pace on my own. :)

It’s surprising how much support and useful information comes your way when you put yourself out there and let people know what’s important to you and what help you need to achieve your goals.
